Dr. Nicanor G. Isse, EPSES program director, and clinical faculty at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) School of Medicine, founded the EPSES program to provide a forum for presenting new and innovative plastic surgery procedures.

A pioneer in the use of the endoscope in facial rejuvenation, Dr. Isse's development and teaching of the endoscopic brow, mid-face and full face rejuvenation techniques have inspired many physicians to assume the challenge of endoscopic plastic surgery.
